Naturally, all equipment supplied or maintained by us carries a warranty and support contract but we can also offer support for equipment that is already in use.

Support isn't necessarily about tracing and rectifying faults, we can also help with software installations or removal, dealing with virus or malware, moves adds and changes to user accounts including password resets, restoring files from backups etc. Support is usually dealt by remote control or over the phone but where necessary, a site visit can be arranged to suit your agenda.

Registered clients can call for support during contracted hours or we have a 24/7 self-service support portal where you can raise new service tickets and check on the progress of existing tickets. Even if an issue is raised via the phone, a ticket will be logged onto the support portal so you can check its progress or history.

You don't have to panic if your computers don't work and you do not have a support contract. All you need do is call us to get emergency assistance as we also offer on demand support.

You will be kept informed of any progress via email or phone updates as tickets are updated and successfully closed.
